Demo/Rental Guidelines

• Please call Pure Stoke before you come in so that we can ensure we have appropriate staff on hand to help you make the right equipment selection.
• Demo/Rentals are on a same day or 24hr timeframe (ie – pick it up at 10 am and either return before 5pm same day or at 10am next day)

    * Tuesdays we are closed. No returns or pickups are available on this day

• You will be charged for damage requiring repair and/or missing equipment parts/hardware.
• One day demo/rental fee can be applied to same product purchased at retail price (*Demo credit does not apply to closeout/sale items)

• Customer assumes all personal safety and liability risk.
• Attempting to demo or rent gear without lessons or experience is not acceptable and can/will result in personal injury or damage to gear.
• Wingfoiling is not an easy sport. Demoing wingfoiling gear requires prior lessons and skills/experience.  Confidence and enthusiasm are not a substitute for skills/experience.  
• Renter’s responsibility for damage to gear :

$25-50 - Cosmetic scratches that negatively affect value of the equipment. 

$100-300 - Impact ,cracks/structural damage to the laminate shell/skin require professional repair, which starts around $100 min.

*Damages beyond “basic” professional repair possibilities result in the customer being required to purchase the damaged gear at a price based on condition of pre-damaged gear, to be determined by Pure Stoke Sports.
